I am writing this discourse on the subject of you taking over my duties during my absence. In the first instance I want to warn you that mr Algernon Moncrieff is a really special character, hence I desire that you read this scrupulously.
The first advice I want to give you is to not confer the subject of marriage to Mr Moncrieff in any conditions. One needs to understand that Mr Moncrieff has a propensity to dislike the sound of marriage. In his eyes, divorces are made in heaven.Consequently,be aware not to confer any of your past experiences of marriage as he will demonstrate no interest in those.Mr Moncrieff prefers to keep a distance between him and his servant.
As I have been looking after Mr Moncrieff for a prolonged period now , you need to be aware that Mr Moncrieff has an appetite beyond limits. The two things he appreciates are cucumber sandwiches and muffins. It is prominent that one always provide Mr Moncrieff with his food otherwise he will feel joyless.Mr Moncrieff is fond in having his afternoon tea at the precise time. Additionally you need to be conscious that Mr Moncrieff frequently takes short breaks in order to escape dull social obligations.Mr Moncrieff refers this as 'bunburying'. Routinely you can discuss this subject with Mr Moncrieff however at no instance you should discuss his absences to his Aunt Lady Bracknell.
Mr Moncrieff appraises his love to piano. You need to establish the fact that Mr Moncrieff believes that piano has to be played with expression.Do not lampoon the manner in which Mr Moncrieff plays piano.I had restrained myself to listen to Mr Moncrieff playing hence you may want to follow this rule.
Throughout the period in which you are covering my duties , you may come across visitors in M Moncrieff 's flat which is situated in Half-Moon Street.Mr Algernon Moncrieff s best friend comes occasionally. Both spend their time having disputes but they have a positive relationship.Another person you may come across is Mr Moncrieff's aunt Lady Bracknell as I have briefly mentioned earlier. You have to be conscious about not getting into any confrontation with her.Lady Bracknell is a member of the aristocracy which signify she really requires a tremendous amount of attention. At no time she should feel affronted by your demeanor. My personal advice would be to avoid any private time with her.
Mr Algernon Moncrieff is a really challenging young character however if you adjust your behaviour correctly,I have no worries about yourself spending a quite enjoyable time at the house.
Best of luck
Lane.

Resolution of the play.
In the play 'The importance of Being Earnest' the family issue concerning Jack Worthing is solved. In the first instance this resolution leads to Jack creating a name in the society which he was anonymous to.This is important as Lady Bracknell, which is a member of the Aristocracy neglected Jack for his insufficient status earlier in the play ends up being related to him. Moreover the attitudes and demeanor of the Victorian society is lampooned by Wilde as Lady Bracknell is shown to be a 'shortsighted' character lost in her passion of money.I believe this is the climax of the play as it creates an equilibrium in the society signifying the resolution creates a stable relationship between all characters. It was discovered that Lady Bracknell is Jack's aunty in the end. and therefore Jack is Algernon 's older brother.Consequently, this means the two characters are related.
The final sequence of the play is quite eccentric from an audience member 's point of view or as a reader as the majority of the readers did not expect it.Wilde wanted his audience to understand the negative aspects of being a member of the Victorian society and how this behaviour can lead to being humiliated by employing Lady Bracknell to demonstrates this.Neverthless,it is quite ironic that the fact Lady Bracknell herself is not part of the Aristocracy from b irth ; therefore we establish that Lady Bracknell is a hypocrite by criticising Jack.
